Exploration and Practice of "Five Integration" Party Building Work Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges—Take the Integration of Party Building Work in Suzhou Vocational Institute of Industrial Technology as an Example
The deep integration of Party building work and business work has strongly promoted the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.However,at present,there are some problems in the integration of Party building and business work in higher vocational colleges,such as inaccurate grasp of the integration point of Party building and business work,weak ability of Party building leaders,poor play of the vanguard role of Party members,no unique highlights in grass-root Party building,and imperfect evaluation mechanism of Party building.By exploring and practicing the"five integration"Party building work mode,Suzhou Vocational Institute of Industrial Technology finds out the entry point and integration point between Party building and business work,promotes the integration of Party building work with ideological education,organizational construction,team construction,collaborative education and mechanism innovation,and effectively improves the quality and efficiency of Party building work in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
