乡村振兴背景下农业职业经理人培训模式研究

摘要
构建农业职业经理人培训模式为乡村振兴发展提供了更加先进的经营指引.农业职业经理人培训通过打造充足的专业人力资源,解决了以往农业生产经营中人员专业性不足的问题,是充分满足乡村振兴发展需求、促进农业现代化转型发展的重要举措.基于此,为推动乡村振兴背景下农业职业经理人培训模式的有效创建,通过对其现有模式与现状进行研究,提出了健全培训机制、提供针对性培训指导、加强培训反馈以及整合资源提升培训力度等建议,以期促进乡村振兴.
Abstract
The construction of a training model for agricultural professional managers provides more advanced business guidance for rural revitalization and development.The training of agricultural professional managers has solved the problem of insufficient personnel professionalism in agricultural production and operation by creating sufficient professional human resources.It is an important measure to fully meet the needs of rural revitalization and promote the transformation and development of agricultural modernization.Based on this,in order to promote the effective creation of agricultural professional manager training models under the background of rural revitalization,through studying their existing models and current situation,suggestions are proposed to improve training mechanisms,provide targeted training guidance,strengthen training feedback,and integrate resources to enhance training intensity,in order to promote rural revitalization.
