人工智能背景下高职院校图书馆信息伦理问题治理的研究

摘要
人工智能时代初期,法律法规建设不全面,引发了许多信息伦理问题.本文分析了高职院校图书馆信息伦理问题的现状,并在分析有关学者对引发伦理的现象、机理和治理措施的思考的基础上,探索高职院校图书馆未来建设过程中的信息伦理问题治理体系建设的方法和途径.文中从学校制度顶层设计、图书馆信息伦理问题治理体系建设以及学生信息伦理意识培养等方面提出了当前信息伦理问题治理体系的建设途径.
Abstract
In the early era of artificial intelligence,the construction of laws and regulations is not comprehensive,which has caused a lot of information ethics problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of information ethics problems in libraries of higher vocational colleges.And on the basis of analyzing the phenomena,mechanisms and governance measures of ethics caused by relevant scholars,it explores the methods and approaches to the construction of information ethics governance system in the future construction of libraries of higher vocational colleges.It puts forward the methods of constructing the current information ethics governance system from the aspects of the top-level design of school system,the construction of library information ethics governance system and the cultivation of students' information ethics consciousness.
