近年来,数字经济方兴未艾,新商科理论和实践不断深入发展。在新商科背景下,高职市场营销专业人才的培养面临着新的机遇和挑战。通过调查研究,归纳总结高职院校市场营销人才培养的"七大核心能力",从当前高职市场营销专业人才培养方面存在的问题入手,提出构建以"七大核心能力"为导向的人才培养体系,以创新高职市场营销人才培养范式。此范式依靠从"跨界"到"融合"的转变,多措并举助力高职市场营销人才培养实现创新和突破。
From"Cross-border"to"Integration":Innovation and Breakthroughs in Training Marketing Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Business Background
In recent years,the digital economy has been in the ascendant,while the research on theory and practice of new business science has been studied deeply and continuously.Under the background of new business,training marketing talents in higher vocational colleges are facing new opportunities as well as challenges.Through investigation and research,this paper summarizes the"seven core competences"which should be taught to the marketing talents in higher vocational colleges.Starting with the existing problems,the paper has put forward the idea of building a talent training system guided by"seven core competences",aiming to innovate the mode of training marketing talents.Along with the transformation from"cross-border"to"integration",multiple measures are taken to achieve innovation and breakthroughs in training marketing talents.
