Discussion on the Training Path of School-enterprise Co-innovation of"Double-qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Preschool Education
At present,in the vocational education system,school-enterprise cooperation is a widely used way of collaborative education,which plays an important role in strengthening the practical ability of professional talents and cultivating good professional quality of talents.The quality of school-enterprise cooperation is directly related to the quality of teachers,so it is necessary to build a high level of"double-qualified"teachers.Judging from the current situation of"double-qualified"teachers'team construction in preschool education,there are still many outstanding problems.In this regard,this paper clarifies the connotation of"double-qualified"teachers,analyzes the necessity of school-enterprise collaborative innovation in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational preschool education,and explores the development path of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational preschool education in combination with the current problems faced in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational preschool education.
