Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultivating Innovative Ability of Students in Higher Vocational Education
Innovation ability is the main component of students'comprehensive quality and action ability.The improvement of students'innovation abilities is of great significance for improving the quality of vocational education talent cultivation,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in the new era,and the construction of an innovative country.Based on the analysis of the significance and necessity of cultivating innovative abilities of vocational college students,this paper evaluates and analyzes the particularity and key points of cultivating innovative abilities of vocational college students.It then concludes and summarizes the general methods of cultivating innovative abilities of higher vocational college students,uses survey and research methods to analyze the current situation of cultivating innovative abilities of higher vocational college students,and deeply analyzes the problems that exist in the process of cultivating innovative abilities of higher vocational college students.Subsequently,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to cultivate the innovative abilities of higher vocational college students.
