Analysis on the Running Mode and Incentive Mechanism of College Students'Science and Technology Competition—Taking Metallurgical Engineering Major of Central South University as an Example
The training of innovative metallurgical engineering students can provide much-needed innovative talents for China to lead the development of metallurgical industry in the the world.Through training high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,it can effectively promote the scientific and technological progress and industrial upgrading of the metallurgical industry,and meet the country's demand for high-level talents.Based on the characteristics of metallurgical engineering,the traditional training mode makes it difficult to meet the rapidly growing demand for innovative talents.The National Metallurgical Science and Technology Competition provides an effective way to cultivate the innovation ability and innovation consciousness of metallurgical engineering students,and the establishment of the training mode and incentive mechanism of the metallurgical competition of Central South University provides an effective way to improve the innovation ability of college students and has obtained good results.
