New requirements have been brought out for the training goals of college students with the concept of the new liberal arts.Therefore,exploring the hierarchical construction of computer course groups in applied universities under the background of the new liberal arts can enrich the achievements in related fields,which helps students in applied universities cultivate computational thinking,adapt to the arrival of the big data and artificial intelligence era,and further promote the integration and innovation of computer science and majors.The necessity of forming computer course groups in applied universities under the background of the new liberal arts is brought out through sorting out the research background of it.We have also explored the course formation thoughts and goals based on OBE education theory,and formed computer courses groups with the guidance of goal and layers by observing the problems in computer courses in applied universities under the new liberal arts background.We aim to cultivate students'computational thinking as well as promoting professional integration and creation in order to provide strong support for seniors to meet the requirements of new liberal arts.
