摘要
本文以南通大学杏林学院为例,对独立学院毕业生的就业形势进行了分析.从独立学院毕业生的就业流向、就业领域以及就业观念的转变等现状入手,分别就市场、学校、个人三个层面分析了独立学院毕业生就业困难的原因.探讨了独立学院应加强与就业市场对接,建立健全就业指导与服务体系,发挥就业育人作用的就业工作举措,旨在为毕业生树立积极、正面的就业观择业观,希望通过学校、个人、政府和社会的共同努力,有效缓解毕业生就业压力,促进社会和谐发展.
Abstract
Taking Nantong University Xinglin College as an example,this paper analyzed the employment situation of graduates from independent colleges.Firstly,it discussed the current employment status of independent college graduates,including the direction of employment,the employment field,and the change in employment concepts.It then analyzed the reasons for the difficulty of independent college graduates'employment,including the imbalance of market supply and demand,the cognitive bias of employers,and the mismatch in talent cultivation.Finally,it put forward suggestions and measures for improving the employment of independent college graduates,including strengthening market connections,establishing a sound employment guidance and service system,and giving full play to the role of employment education.The paper pointed out that through the joint efforts of individuals,schools,governments,and society,the employment pressure of graduates can be effectively alleviated,promoting social harmony and development.
