Promoting the Construction of Campus Culture in Local Open Universities with the Concept of Full Cycle Management
Campus culture can be described as a powerful starting point to improve the quality of teaching,and condense the faith and sense of belonging of teachers and students.However,the teaching forms of local open universities are quite different from those of conventional universities,and the teaching objects are also different,which poses certain challenges to the construction of campus culture.The whole cycle management can be carried out from a dynamic perspective,which is highly compatible with the cultural construction of the open universities.In view of this,this paper first gives a brief description of the characteristics of the full cycle management and the campus culture of the open universities,then analyzes the compatibility between the two,and points out the specific path of the full cycle management concept to help the construction of campus culture for reference.
