新质生产力助力职业教育高质量发展路径研究

摘要
生产力是人类社会存在和发展的基础,是推动历史前进的决定力量.纵观生产力发展历史,每一次生产力的跃迁,都会引起职业教育质的飞跃.在新时代的今天,新质生产力作为一种新型且高质量的生产力形态而诞生了,它由新质劳动力、新质生产介质和新质生产料质三要素构成.它以科技创新为核心,引领社会向技能型转型升级,这与职业教育因其类型属性而息息相关,职业教育要借助新质生产力的"东风",从树立"大职业教育观"、人才培养模式、专业链设置、产教融合等多元渠道共同发力,助力职业教育高质量发展.
Abstract
Productivity is the foundation of human society's existence and development,and the decisive force driving historical progress.Throughout the history of productivity development,every leap in productivity leads to a qualitative leap in vocational education.In today's new era,new quality productivity has emerged as a new and high-quality form of productivity,consisting of three elements:new quality labor force,new quality production medium,and new quality production material.It takes technological innovation as its core,leading society to transform and upgrade towards a skill based approach,which is closely related to vocational education due to its type attributes.Vocational education should leverage the"east wind"of new quality productivity,and jointly promote the high-quality development of vocational education through various channels such as establishing a"big vocational education concept",talent training mode,professional chain setting and industry education integration.
