Higher vocational colleges,serving as key institutions for cultivating technical and skilled talents,emphasize the crucial role of Primary Party organizations in achieving high-quality operational development.Addressing the current challenges and issues faced by higher vocational colleges in their business expansion,this paper introduces a novel model of"school-enterprise Party building co-construction",also known as"school-enterprise co-governance and co-sharing".This model aims to promote the integrated development of primary Party building,educational enhancement,and governance advancement in higher vocational colleges,while simultaneously contributing to local economic and social progress.Through case studies and literature reviews,the paper demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of this model in advancing the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges'operations,offering fresh perspectives and methods for Party building within these institutions.
