Research on the Construction of"Dual Qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges—An Analysis Based on the Evaluation Criteria for"Dual Qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges of Guangdong Province
Building a"dual qualified"teaching team is one of the important strategies for current education reform and development,and has profound significance and value for the development of higher vocational education.With the continuous deepening of higher vocational education reform,it is urgent for teachers to be competent in both theoretical teaching and practical guidance.They should be able to be competent in offline teaching and proficient in online teaching skills.This study aims to explore effective paths for the construction of"dual qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,in order to address the problem of insufficient construction of"dual qualified"teachers in the current vocational education field.Through research methods such as literature review and standard analysis,this paper first analyzes the significance of"dual qualified"teachers for the development of higher vocational education.Then,taking the evaluation standards for"dual qualified"teachers in vocational colleges in Guangdong Province as an example,it elaborates on the specific connotation of"dual qualified"teachers and points out the feasible path for the construction of"dual qualified"teachers.
