The Professional Development of Teachers in Vocational Education Studio Assisted by"5S"from the Perspective of Community
In response to the current hot topic of teacher professional development,this paper explores how to find new paths to enhance the professional development of vocational education teachers from the perspective of community.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the factors that currently constrain the development of vocational education studios,including the positioning of studio construction,daily operation mechanisms,forms of activity implementation,and main research directions.On this basis,a strategy was proposed to support the development of vocational education teacher studios by relying on five different development characteristics of"integration of industry and education,reform of the three teachings,technology project research and development,innovation and entrepreneurship,and skills".The strategy was completed in three stages:adjusting and optimizing the studio mechanism,reshaping the role of leaders,and comprehensively improving the professional abilities of members.The effectiveness of development strategies was tested with more than a year of construction practice.
