Exploration on the New Management Model for the Construction of"Three Strictnesses,Four Modernizations,and Five Integrations"Community in Higher Vocational Colleges
As one of the most important organizational forms of college students,community plays an important role in the quality training of students.Innovating the construction and management of community,improving the quality of education and cultivating more young people in the new era who meet the requirements of social development is one of the important issues that universities continue to study.By combing through the existing problems in the construction and management of community in higher vocational colleges,and taking Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example,this study discusses the new model of"three strictnesses,four modernizations and five integrations"community construction and management in higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the construction and management of community and campus culture to go in the same direction,form an all-round cultural education pattern,and train new people in the socialist era with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor,in order to provide theoretical reference for the innovation of the management model of other higher vocational colleges.
