Construction and Empirical Analysis of Intercultural Communication Competence in Higher Vocational College English Teaching under the Background of International Communication Power
Influenced by international communication power,we are experiencing a new era of cultural exchange and cooperation.Against this backdrop,the teaching of higher vocational college English,especially the cultivation of intercultural communication skills,becomes even more critical.It is not only about imparting language knowledge but also about whether students can effectively engage in cross-cultural communication on the future international stage.However,the cross-cultural teaching of current vocational college English is facing many challenges.This paper,through various research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,and interviews with teachers and students,has conducted an in-depth exploration of the current state of cross-cultural teaching of vocational college English and has proposed a series of optimization strategies.
