高职扩招背景下开放教育协同育人模式研究

摘要
随着社会对高等教育需求的不断增长,高职教育作为培养技术和职业型人才的重要途径,也面临着扩招的压力.本研究旨在探讨高职扩招背景下,如何通过开放教育协同育人模式来应对挑战,以提高高职教育的质量和效益.本研究将分析开放教育的概念、原则和方法,以及协同育人模式的实施,探讨其在高职教育中的可行性和效果.研究结果显示,开放教育协同育人模式可以有效地促进高职教育的发展,提高学生的综合素质和职业竞争力.同时,研究还将探讨该模式的局限性和未来发展方向,以期为高职教育的改进提供有益的参考.
Abstract
As society's demand for higher education continues to grow,higher vocational education,as an important way to cultivate technical and professional talents,is also facing pressure to expand enrollment.This study aims to explore how to address challenges through the collaborative education model of open education in the context of expansion of higher vocational education in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of higher vocational education.This study will analyze the concepts,principles and methods of open education,as well as the implementation of the collaborative education model,and explore its feasibility and effect in higher vocational education.Research results show that the collaborative education model of open education can effectively promote the development of higher vocational education and improve students'comprehensive quality and professional competitiveness.At the same time,the study will also explore the limitations and future development directions of this model,with a view to providing useful reference for the improvement of higher vocational education.
