摘要
"一站式"学生社区建设是高职院校落实"三全育人"的好途径、基层党组织建设的好平台、助力学生成人成才的好阵地.推进高职院校"一站式"学生社区建设,必须破解当前面临的党建基础薄弱、协同育人合力不足、主体参与意识淡薄、管理模式创新不够、条件保障不到位等现实问题.要围绕"三全育人"工作目标优化学生社区建设路径,从党建引领、理念共识、协同育人、学生参与、条件保障等方面深入探索,丰富育人内涵价值,推进高职院校"一站式"学生社区建设高质量发展,赋能高素质技术技能型人才培养.
Abstract
"One-stop"student community construction is a good way for higher vocational colleges to implement the"three full education",a good platform for grass-root Party organization construction,and a good position to help students become adults.To promote the construction of"one-stop"student community in higher vocational colleges,we must solve the current practical problems such as Party building foundation weakness,insufficient collaborative education,weak awareness of main body participation,insufficient management model innovation,and inadequate condition.It is necessary to optimize the path of student community construction around the goal of"three full education",explore deeply from the aspects of Party building guidance,concept consensus,collaborative education,student participation,and condition guarantee,enrich the connotation value of education,promote the high-quality development of"one-stop"student community construction in higher vocational colleges,and enable high-quality technical and skilled personnel training.
