摘要
立德树人是教育的根本任务.高校英语教师的课程思政能力是提高课程和人才培养质量的重要保障.本文研究了大学英语教师的课程思政教学能力的影响因素,提出了高校英语教师需要从思政素养、英语学科素养、传统文化素养三个方面提升课程思政教学能力,实现知识教育与思想政治教育的有机融合,培养有家国情怀、能讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音的卓越人才.
Abstract
Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of education.College English teachers'teaching competence in Curriculum-based Ideological Education(CIE)is a key guarantee for the talents quality.This paper examines some factors that influence college English teachers'competence in CIE,and suggests that college English teachers need to improve their teaching competence in ideological and political accomplishment,English subject accomplishment and traditional culture accomplishment.Excellently combine professional education with ideological and political education,cultivate extraordinary talents who has patriotic sentiment,can tell China's stories and convey China's voice as well.
