The Implementation Logic and Promotion Strategy of Evidence-based and School-based Training for Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges
In recent years,with the advancement of ideological and political courses construction,certain problems have gradually emerged in vocational college-based training for ideological and political courses.In view of the problems existing in the current school-based training for ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of scientific nature,supply and guarantee,caused by the unsystematic design of training mode,unbalanced allocation of training resources,and unsound training system environment,this study attempts to advocate evidence-based practice,and suggests that scientific evidence be the core,and implement the evidence-based ideological and political school-based training in vocational colleges from raising problems,formulating goals,operating procedures,organizational form and evaluation reflection.At the same time,we attempt to explore its promotion strategies:clarifying the guiding ideology of school-based training for ideological and political education courses based on policy guidance;establishing a teaching evidence base and reasonably formulating school-based training objectives for ideological and political education courses;paying attention to individual needs and adopting personalized ideological and political school-based training methods;building a digital platform for teachers to achieve precise feedback on ideological and political training,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of school-based training for ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.
