数字化转型作为赋能职业教育提质增效的重要举措,不仅有力有效促进技能型社会和学习型社会建设,同时也对职业教育教学改革提出新的要求。在人工智能+背景下旅游产业业态、技术技能发生深刻变化,教师教学和学生学习的生态呈现新特点。职业院校应树立需求导向、协同融合的价值理念,厘清数字化技术类型;在实施策略方面应基于旅游产业数字化特点推进资源数字化、教与学变革、评价数字化、治理数字化,整体推动旅游管理专业教育教学模式变革。从有效运用数字化教学资源、迭代升级数字化实践条件、持续提升师生数字化素养,切实营造数字化创新教学新生态等方面提升旅游管理专业教学质效。
Research and Practice on Teaching Innovation of Tourism Management Majors Empowered by Digital Technology in the Context of Artificial Intelligence+
Digital transformation,as an important measure to empower vocational education to improve quality and efficiency,not only effectively promotes the construction of a skills oriented and learning oriented society,but also puts forward new requirements for vocational education teaching reform.Under the background of artificial intelligence+,the tourism industry has undergone profound changes in business formats and technological skills,and the ecology of teacher teaching and student learning has presented new characteristics.Vocational colleges should establish a value concept of demand orientation and collaborative integration,and clarify the types of digital technologies.In terms of implementation strategies,we should promote resource digitization,teaching and learning transformation,evaluation digitization,and governance digitization based on the digital characteristics of the tourism industry,and comprehensively promote the transformation of the teaching mode of tourism management professional education.Improve the quality and efficiency of tourism management teaching by effectively utilizing digital teaching resources,iteratively upgrading digital practice conditions,continuously improving the digital literacy of teachers and students,and effectively creating a new ecosystem of digital innovation teaching.
