Exploration on the Interactive Community Education Teaching Mode Based on SPOC—Taking BIM Quantity Calculation Course as an Example
With the rapid development of the construction industry,lifelong learning has become an essential quality for construction professionals.Due to limitations in time and space,it is difficult to achieve systematic learning.Through online and offline SPOC teaching,learning time can be flexibly arranged according to actual situations,making full use of fragmented time.This paper takes BIM quantity calculation course as an example to carry out SPOC interactive community education and teaching for community building practitioners,including online course construction,offline teaching,grade evaluation,and effectiveness evaluation.Through the blended teaching mode of pre-class,in-class,and post-class,as well as online and offline,community building practitioners have mastered the steps and skills of BIM calculation course learning,and their self-learning ability and BIM modeling ability have been improved.
