基于OBE理念的地方应用型本科高校教学质量监控与评价体系研究

摘要
地方应用型本科高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,承担了为地方经济社会发展培养应用型人才的重任.教学质量监控与评价对提升人才培养质量发挥了重要的保障作用.本文在分析高校教学质量监控与评价存在问题的基础上,结合地方应用型本科高校特点,提出了基于OBE理念的"三三三"质量监控与评价体系,并运用在北华航天工业学院教学改革中.实践表明,该体系对保障教育教学质量具有较大的促进作用,可为同类本科高校教学质量保障提供思路和借鉴.
Abstract
Local application-oriented undergraduate college undertakes the heavy responsibility of cultivating applied talents for local areas,and the quality of talent cultivation plays a crucial role in the development of local economy and society.Monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality is a crucial part of talent cultivation,playing an important role in ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities,and in combination with the characteristics of local application-oriented undergraduate universities,this paper proposes a three-level quality monitoring and evaluation system based on the OBE concept,and applies it to the teaching reform of North china institute of aerospace engineering.Practice has shown that this system has a significant promoting effect on ensuring the quality of education and teaching,and can provide ideas and references for the quality assurance of teaching in similar undergraduate universities.
