Engineering Geology studies the application of geological principles to engineering site stability problems.As a professional basic course of road,bridge and river crossing engineering,it not only serves for professional courses,but also serves for training qualified civil engineers in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate ideological and political education into professional course teaching.This paper,on the premise of in-depth study of engineering geology curriculum content,excavates ideological and political elements,integrates them into the curriculum,and explores the path of ideological and political reform and practice of engineering geology curriculum.
