基于现代产业学院的材料类专业实践教学改革研究与实践

摘要
现代产业学院是培养适应和引领现代产业发展的高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才的重要举措.本文对北华航天工业学院材料类专业,依托装备制造新材料产业学院建设开展的专业综合实践教学改革进行了阐述,通过校企共建产业学院,采取"3+1"校企协同育人模式,围绕新材料产业关键技术与核心工艺,改革材料类专业实践教学内容和教学方式方法,构建从岗位认知到岗位熟悉再到岗位深度体验的实践教学体系与模式,为地方本科院校的实践教学研究与改革提供参考.
Abstract
Modern industrial college is an important measure to train high-quality practical,versatile and innovation talents who can adapt to and lead the development of modern industry.This paper expounds the professional comprehensive practice teaching reform in a local college,relying on the construction of the equipment manufacturing new material modern industrial college.Through school-enterprise cooperative industrial college,the"3+1"school-enterprise collaborative education mode is adopted to reform the professional practice teaching content and methods of the material major around the key technology and core process of the new material industry and construct a practice teaching system and mode from position cognition to position familiarity and then to in-depth position experience,in order to provide reference for the research and reform of practice teaching in local undergraduate colleges.
