摘要
教育数字化转型成为了高等教育发展的重要战略主题,涉外法治人才的培养在全球化的背景下具有重要意义,而数字化转型为提高涉外法治人才实践能力提供了前所未有的机遇和广阔的平台.通过数字化技术,如数字化资源建设、在线模拟实践、远程实习平台、虚拟仿真实验、智能化管理与质量监督等办法,培养出更加符合行业需求的涉外法治人才,为推动涉外法治事业的发展做出积极贡献.
Abstract
The cultivation of foreign-related legal talents is of great significance in the context of globalization,while digital transformation provides unprecedented opportunities and platforms for improving the practical abilities of foreign-related legal talents.Through digital technologies such as digital resource construction,online simulation practice,remote internships,virtual simulation experiments,intelligent management and quality supervision,more foreign-related legal talents that meet industry needs can be cultivated,making positive contributions to the development of the foreign-related legal field.
