磁化方法在钢板试件无损检测中已广泛应用,但对于磁化过程试件内部磁化状态的分析仍待解决.针对该问题,本文提出基于Jiles-Atherton的钢板试件交流磁化状态分析.推导了磁滞磁化模型的计算过程.结合J-A磁滞磁化理论,建立有限元仿真模型,利用交流线圈周期性磁化钢板试件,得到钢板内部磁化强度分布,为磁化方法在无损检测中的应用提供理论支撑.
Simulation Analysis of Jiles-Atherton Hysteresis Model
The magnetization method has been widely used in the nondestructive testing of steel plate specimens,but analysis of the internal magnetization state of the specimen during the magnetization process remains to be solved.To handle this problem,this study analyzes the magnetization state of steel plate specimens magnetized by AC based on the theory of Jiles-Atherton.It then deduces the calculation process of hysteresis magnetization model and analyzes the influence of various parameters on the change of magnetization.Based on the J-A hysteresis magnetization theory,the finite element simulation model is established,and the AC coil is used to periodically magnetize the steel plate specimen to obtain the internal magnetization distribution of the steel plate,which will provide theoretical support for the application of the magnetization method in defect detection.
