摘要

论文首先对湿法石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫技术及其FGD湿法脱硫系统进行了概述.然后根据伊金霍洛旗九泰热力有限责任公司实际工作情况与需求设计了一套FGD湿法脱硫系统,并对FGD湿法脱硫系统各部分构成进行了优化设计,根据设计方案进行设备改进、选型、装配和调试,使设备年利用小时符合公司要求的4300小时,且脱硫效率可达到95%以上.最后对FGD湿法脱硫系统工作流程进行了说明,并对FGD湿法脱硫系统出现故障的现象、原因以及处理方法进行了探讨.

Abstract

This paper first provides an overview of the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology and its FGD wet desulfurization system.Then,based on the actual working conditions and needs,a set of FGD wet desulfurization system is designed,and the composition of each part of the FGD wet desulfurization system is optimized,and the equipment improvement,selection,assembly and debugging are carried out according to the design plan so that the annual utilization hours of the equipment meet the company's requirements of 4300 hours,and the desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 95%.Finally,the workflow of the FGD wet desulfurization system is explained,and the phenomenon,causes and treatment methods of the failure of the FGD wet desulfurization system are discussed.
