产教融合背景下当代大学双创人才培养的有效方法解析

摘要
构建产教融合的双创人才驱动培养机制,是高校进行双创人才培养的结构性改革需要.为了实现"政产学研"多主体相结合、产业链与双创教育链的协同育人目标,本文首先阐述了产教融合背景下的大学生双创人才培养内涵.重点探究和分析双创人才的有效培养路径,以促进社会所需的双创复合型人才培养.深化双创教育改革,为提升双创型人才的培养质量提供相关借鉴.
Abstract
Constructing a training mechanism of entrepreneurship and innovation talents driven by the integration of production and education is necessary for the structural reform of entrepreneurship and innovation personnel training in colleges.To achieve the goal of"the government,enterprise,school,research institute"multi-subject combination and collaboration of industrial chain and entrepreneurship and innovation education chain,this paper first elaborates the connotation of entrepreneurship and innovation personnel training under the background of the integration of production and education,then explores the effective training path of entrepreneurship and innovation talents,in order to promote the social needs of entrepreneurship and innovation interdisciplinary talent training.This reform will provide references for improving the training quality of entrepreneurship and innovation talents.
