摘要
在"互联网+"时代,智慧图书馆是文明城市的重要组成部分.智慧图书馆可以通过提供多元化的信息资源和学习工具,促进公民信息素养和终身学习能力的提升、提高公共文化服务质量、增强城市文化软实力.本文探讨了智慧图书馆的顶层设计、整合路径、技术创新应用及人才团队建设,并分析了智慧图书馆与区域资源共享的协同发展,指出其在服务文明城市建设中的核心作用.
Abstract
In the era of Internet Plus,smart libraries are a pivotal component of civilized urban landscapes.These libraries promote the improvement of citizens'information literacy and lifelong learning capabilities.By offering a diverse array of information resources and learning tools,smart libraries significantly enhance the quality of public cultural services and contribute to the soft power of urban culture.This article investigates the strategic design and integration pathways of smart libraries and examines the application of technological innovations and the development of skilled personnel teams within these libraries.Furthermore,this article analyzes how smart libraries can develop in coordination with regional resource sharing and finally highlights their essential role in supporting the construction of civilized cities.
