本文以一种超长薄壁类铝合金异形零件为例,以其加工策略为主线,根据技术要求,分析零件在加工时出现的难点问题,通过选择合理的安装方式和零件布局,制定高效的加工顺序及工艺安排,经过实际加工验证工艺的合理性,为今后类似的航空高筋薄壁零件的加工和改进积累了宝贵的实践经验.
Machining of the Ultra-long and Thin-walled Aluminum Alloy Irregular Parts
This study focuses on the processing strategy of ultra-long and thin-walled aluminum alloy irregular part.Based on technical requirements,it analyzes the difficult problems that arise during the processing.By selecting reasonable installation methods and part layout,it formulates efficient processing sequence and process arrangement,and verifies the rationality of the process through actual processing.This machining method accumulates valuable practical experience for the processing and improvement of similar aviation high rib and thin-walled parts in the future.
