利用宏程序有效提升锥孔铣削加工效率方法探讨

针对传统手工编程或软件编程铣削锥孔加工效率低以及表面粗糙度低的问题,探讨通过宏程序采用螺旋插补铣削锥孔(圆柱孔)的编程思路以提高加工效率的方法.该宏程序的通用性很强,既可以用在铣削圆锥孔、铣削圆柱孔、选择任何类型和尺寸的铣刀、选择顺逆铣上面,又可以在加工中选择各种切削参数和粗精铣,利用这个框架通用宏程序中的变量赋值后一气铣成.通过实例在FANUC数控铣床上进行实践加工检验,验证了该宏程序加工方案的可靠性,并且较好地控制了圆锥孔的表面加工质量与表面粗糙度.该编程方法可以通用在任意角度的圆锥孔以及圆柱孔上,在生产实践中具有一定的实际指导意义.
Approaches to Improve the Efficiency of Conical Hole Milling by Using Macro Programs
In response to the problems of low efficiency and low surface roughness in traditional manual or software programming for milling taper holes,this paper explores the method of using macro programs to adopt the programming idea of spiral interpolation for milling taper holes(cylindrical holes)to improve processing efficiency.The macro program has strong universality,which can be used for milling conical holes and cylindrical holes.It can choose any type or size of milling cutter,as well as forward and reverse milling,and also it can choose various cutting parameters including rough and fine milling during machining.All of these can be assigned variables in the general macro program of this framework and then milled in one go.Through practical machining verification on FANUC CNC milling machine,the reliability of the macro program machining scheme is verified,and the surface machining quality and surface roughness of the conical hole are well controlled.This programming method can be applied universally to conical and cylindrical holes at any angle,and offers practical guidance in production.
