液压元件虚拟仿真实验平台开发研究

本文将虚拟技术与典型的液压元件3D建模技术相结合,以液压泵、液压阀、液压缸为模型搭建了液压元件虚拟仿真实验平台.该平台能够有效地避免液压实验教学环节受工作环境、实践场地以及操作安全等影响因素的制约.通过虚拟仿真实验台能够使学生直观的观察液压元件的内部构造,了解液压元件的工作原理,将较为复杂的理论知识生动地展示出来,提升学生的学习效果,并进一步提高液压元件等课程实验实践教学环节的信息化水平.
Development of Virtual Simulation Experiment Platform for Hydraulic Components
This study combines virtual technology with typical 3D modeling technology for hydraulic components,and builds a virtual simulation experiment platform for hydraulic components using hydraulic pumps,valves,and cylinders as models.This platform can effectively avoid the constraints of working environment,practice site,and operational safety in the hydraulic experiment teaching process.Through the virtual simulation experiment platform,students can intuitively observe the internal structure of hydraulic components,understand the working principle of hydraulic components,vividly display the complex theoretical knowledge,improve students'learning effectiveness,and further enhance the informatization level of experimental and practical teaching links in courses such as hydraulic components.
