Design of Low Temperature Distillation Equipment for Metal Processing Cutting Fluid
Traditional metal processing cutting fluids have problems such as difficult treatment and high environmental treatment costs.This study adopts an evaporation technology with high concentration rate,high adaptability to changes in liquid composition,and high quality of condensed water.Key components and materials such as steam thermal compression devices with adjustable injection coefficients,fully precision heat transfer tubes,and internationally advanced airflow tees are selected,and an intelligent control system is improved to perform water separation treatment,reduce its COD value,and meet environmental emission standards.Experiments shows that the equipment has high stability and significant distillation effect,which can effectively solve the problem of treating cutting fluid waste liquid and reduce the environmental treatment costs of waste liquid for machining enterprises.
