Physical Education Reform from Perspective of Individualization in Application-oriented Undergraduate College
The reform of Physical Education in colleges and universities and the issue of students'physical health have long attracted significant social attention.The physical and mental development of contemporary college students shares some commonalities but also exhibits more individualized characteristics.The individualized reform of Physical Education holds particular significance for enhancing college students'concepts of healthy sports and fostering their lifelong sports habits.Based on questionnaire surveys,on-site observations,and group interviews,data is collected and analyzed to investigate the current situation of the reform of public Physical Education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Hebei Province.From the perspective of individualization,this study summarizes the course construction,problems and achievements resulting from the reform,and proposes countermeasures for the reform and development of Physical Education in applied undergraduate colleges in Hebei Province from the individualization perspective.
