摘要

传统的高校工程实训教育通常是以认识实习、生产加工实习为考核手段,通过这些手段培养出来的学生,已经不能完全满足当今社会的需求.为了满足学生理论与工程实践结合起来的需要,本文在"新工科"教育教学模式改革的背景下,改进了工程实训教学图纸,提出小组合作式的学习方法,并建议加强工程教师队伍的实践动手能力.研究表明,通过以上的改革方法,可以使学生间的组织合作更加紧密,学生对专业知识学习的积极性也有很大程度的提高,对高校工程实训教育有一定的指导意义.

Abstract

Traditional engineering training education in colleges and universities focuses on understanding practice,using production and processing practice as assessment means.Students under this training mode cannot fully meet the needs of today's society.In order to combine theory and engineering practice,a new teaching reform mode is put into practice under the context of New Engineering,with revised chart,cooperative learning and enhancement of teaching staff in hands-on ability.Through this reform,the cooperations between students are closer and it has greatly improved the innovative ability and comprehensive ability of students,it offers valuable references for practical training in colleges.
