The CPC has continuously enriched and developed the democratic centralization system in theory and practice,including six stages:initial exploration,development and consolidation,maturity and strengthening,development through twists and turns,restora-tion and innovation,and development in the new era.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping,on the ba-sis of inheriting the theories of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on democratic centralism,has put forward a series of views on the im-provement and development of democratic centralism,creatively combining democratic centralism with the construction of the Party's system and the modernization of the country's system of governance and governance capacity,thus realizing the concretization of demo-cratic centralism.
