Research on the Graduate Education Performance Evaluation System under the PDCA Cycle Theory
Performance evaluation is an essential component of the quality management system for graduate education in higher educa-tion institutions.At present,the performance evaluation of graduate education in China generally faces issues such as overvaluing quan-titative indicators,weakening educational value and lacking systematic design.This study proposes the establishment of a graduate edu-cation management system based on the PDCA cycle theory,which scientifically positions the importance of the performance evaluation system.On this basis,a comprehensive and systematic performance evaluation indicator system for graduate education is constructed,and then to take Hebei University of Economics and Business as an example for empirical test.The results demonstrate that the per-formance evaluation system for graduate education based on the PDCA cycle is effective in continuously improving the management process of graduate education and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
