数字时代劳动关系的演化特征及其优化路径

劳动关系是重要的社会关系之一,数字经济的高质量发展有赖于和谐劳动关系的建立和巩固.人类社会进入数字化时代,数字技术的发展深刻改变了劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象的组合方式,使得劳动关系形式多元化、劳资关系从属性弱化以及劳劳关系的结构分化,呈现出劳动关系主体性变革、劳动关系动力机制转变以及劳动关系客体拓展等不同于工业时代劳动关系的实践样态.数字化时代劳动关系主要表现为数字劳动关系,面临着劳动关系的边界模糊化、劳动组织关系的离散化、劳动关系的中介化等潜在风险.在数字化生态利益系统下,政府、企业、劳动者、消费者等相关利益者形成了利益协同、动态平衡的数字生态体系,劳动关系的优化需要从政府政策支持和法律规制、平台企业数据支撑和技术保障、劳动者增强认识自觉和团结互助入手,促使相关利益者彼此赋能、互利共生,实现稳定发展、持续共存.
Evolutionary Characteristics of Labor Relations and Their Optimization Paths in the Digital Era
Labor relations are one of the important social relations.The high-quality development of the digital economy depends on the establishment and consolidation of harmonious labor relations.Human society has entered the digital age,the development of digital technology has profoundly changed the combination of workers,labor materials,and labor objects,diversifying the forms of labor rela-tions,weakening the subordination of labor-capital relations,and structural differentiation of labor relations,presenting labor rela-tions.The transformation of subjectivity,the transformation of the dynamic mechanism of labor relations,and the expansion of labor re-lations objects are different from the practical forms of labor relations in the industrial era.In the digital age,labor relations are mainly manifested as digital labor relations,which are faced with potential risks such as the blurring of the boundary of labor relations,the de-centralization of labor organization relations,and the intermediation of labor relations.Under the digital ecological interest system,the government,enterprises,workers,consumers and other relevant stakeholders have formed a digital ecological system with synergistic interests and dynamic balance.The optimization of labor relations requires government policy support and legal regulation,platform en-terprise data support and Technological support,enhanced awareness of workers,and solidarity and mutual assistance will enable rele-vant stakeholders to empower each other,achieve mutual benefit and achieve stable development and sustainable coexistence.
