Experience of Collaborative Development of Higher Education at Home and Abroad and its Implications for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region
The coordinated development of higher education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important part of the coordinated de-velopment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which plays an important role in serving the high-quality development of regional econo-my,relieving non-capital functions of Beijing,and improving the level of higher education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The arti-cle analyzes the collaborative development mechanisms of higher education at home and abroad,such as the United States,Europe,the Yangtze River Delta in China,and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Propose including strengthening the leading role of the government,doing a good job in top-level design,carrying out resource sharing,strengthening cooperative education,deepening industry university research cooperation,and connecting industries to serve local development to promote the collaborative development of higher education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
