Design and optimization analysis of a new type of solid thermal storage electric boiler
In response to the shortcomings of low heat transfer efficiency and large footprint of the boil-er room in existing solid heat storage electric boilers,this article mainly optimizes the convection tube bundle part of the new solid heat storage electric boiler,and systematically analyzes the con-vection tube bundle heat storage body.Considering the time value of funds and analyzing from the perspective of technological and economic dynamics,the system costs are discounted to the initial stage through the cost present value method.The goal is to minimize the discounted cost value within the system's lifespan,and a mathematical model is constructed with the physical structure of the convection tube bundle and heat conservation as constraints.A solution method and pro-gram explanation of the algorithm are proposed for this model.Finally,by optimizing the three in-dependent variables of convection tube bundle diameter,tube spacing,and length of the solid ther-mal storage electric boiler,the cost discount value during the service life is minimized while meet-ing the heating load.
