Research on the Factors Influencing the Promotion and Development of Green Buildings Based on DEMATEL-ISM
The promotion and development of green buildings is the key to China's green transformation and development.In order to explore the influencing factors of the promotion and development of green buildings,this paper determines the main influencing factors through literature research and expert interviews,and uses the DEMATEL-ISM method to study and analyze the factors affecting the development of green buildings.By constructing a multi-layer hierarchical structure model for the promotion and development of green buildings,the relevant financial incentive policies and green building publicity were identified as the fundamental influencing factors.Finally,based on the research results,development countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of policy,econo-my,society and technology.
