Optimization Study of ADDIE Theoretical Model Based on Factor Analysis——Taking Engineering Cost Management as an Example
Aiming at the phenomenon of low student participation in the current university professional classroom,this study is based on the ADDIE theory,optimized and redesigned the theoretical im-plementation stage through factor analysis and clustering method,and applied to the Engineering Cost Management course for one semester of teaching evidence.The questionnaires were analyzed by spss,and the results showed that compared with the traditional ADDIE theory system,the de-sign of passive-oriented teaching activities,interest-inspired teaching activities,active-guided teaching activities,and process-controlled teaching activities can further optimize the effectiveness of the application of the theory.
