The high cost of prefabricated buildings is the main factor that hinders its development.In order to solve the cost problem of prefabricated buildings,this paper compares the cost differences between prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings in the construction stage,finds out the cost influencing factors of prefabricated buildings in the construction stage,and uses entropy weight method to determine the index weight.The results show that the installation stage is the main factor,followed by the degree of component standardization,the rationality of construction scheme and the factors of production incentive policy.
