Experimental Study on the Effect of Waste Materials on the Mechanical Properties of Grouting Materials
In order to improve the utilization rate of iron tailings sand and solid waste, iron tailings sand was selected to partially replace quartz sand, and fly ash and slag were selected to partially replace cement to prepare cement-based grout. In this paper, the orthogonal test method is used to study the five factors of water binder ratio, binder sand ratio, iron tailings sand content, fly ash and slag content. The test results show that the fluidity of the prepared grouting material meets the re-quirements of more than 260mm;Each factor level has different effects on the flexural and com-pressive strength of grouting materials. In the orthogonal test, the water binder ratio has the grea-test influence on the flexural and compressive strength of the grouting material.Taking the 28d compressive strength of the grouting material as the main index strength of the range analysis,it is determined that the optimal factor level combination of the 28d compressive strength is a1b2c4d1e2,that is,the water binder ratio is 0.33,the cement sand ratio is 1∶1.0,the iron tailings sand content is 20%,the fly ash content is 4%,and the slag content is 6%.
