Research on the Practice of Land Expropriation and Development in Zhangjiakou City
In order to promote the high-quality economic and social development of Zhangjiakou City,implement the cultivated land protection and economical and intensive land use system,ensure the effective supply of construction land,protect the legitimate rights and interests of the expropriated people,standardize the land expropriation and development behavior,according to the relevant policy requirements,combined with the preparation of the land expropriation and development plan of Zhangjiakou Municipal District from 2021 to 2022,Through policy analysis,case analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the core concepts,project characteristics and imple-mentation ideas of the preparation of land expropriation and development plans in Zhangjiakou City are summarized.The location and proportion of public welfare land is mainly analyzed,and the precise land expropriation is carried out according to the regional location,planning structure and functional positioning in combination with the surrounding public infrastructure.We will im-prove the efficiency of land resource utilization,better link up national land spatial planning,and ensure the continuity of planning implementation.
