能效评价是热源能源利用效果的重要体现,传统的固体蓄热电锅炉由于空气的比热容小且需要多级换热,会降低系统的换热效率,直接接触式固体蓄热电锅炉技术提高了热源的换热效率,但缺乏一套完备的能效评价标准.使用㶲分析法展开分析,掌握热源运行参数及能量转换关系,确定㶲分析模型并计算,获取其能效评价指标;再运用集值统计法确定指标权重,模糊综合评价确定其评分及等级,形成该直接接触式电锅炉的能效评价体系;最后结合热力学理论分析并利用具体实验验证该评价体系的合理性,为直接接触式固体蓄热电锅炉技术改进及推广发展提供参考.
Energy Efficiency Analysis of Direct Contact Solid State Thermal Storage Electric Boilers
Energy efficiency evaluation is an important manifestation of the effect of heat source energy use,the traditional solid thermal storage electric boiler due to the small specific heat capacity of air and the need for multi-stage heat transfer,which will reduce the heat transfer efficiency of the sys-tem,direct contact solid thermal storage electric boiler technology improves the heat transfer effi-ciency of the heat source,but the lack of a complete set of energy efficiency evaluation standards.The analysis is carried out using the energy analysis method to grasp the operating parameters of the heat source and the energy conversion relationship,determine the energy analysis model and calculate to obtain the energy efficiency evaluation index;then use the combination of weighting and other methods to determine the weight of the index,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to de-termine the score and level,to form the energy efficiency evaluation system of the direct-contact e-lectric boiler;and finally,combined with the theoretical analysis of thermodynamics and the use of specific experiments to validate the reasonableness of the evaluation system,to provide a compre-hensive set of evaluation criteria for the direct-contact solid heat storage electric boiler.Finally,the evaluation system is combined with thermodynamic theory analysis and specific experiments to verify the reasonableness of the evaluation system,which provides a reference for the technical im-provement and promotion of the development of direct-contact solid heat storage electric boiler.
