不同尺寸的搅拌桨致热装置致热效果分析

根据搅拌致热原理及该搅拌致热装置的应用场合,设计了一种风力直接搅拌致热装置,对其桨叶尺寸进行改进.采用流体力学计算方法,对不同尺寸桨叶的致热器内部流场进行了数值模拟.模拟结果显示,设计的初始模型在搅拌转速为300r/min时,搅拌时间6h内升温5.54℃,说明设计的搅拌装置具有致热效果,但致热效率较低,为26.29%;改进后的最佳桨叶尺寸模型,在搅拌转速300r/min时搅拌时间6h内升温26.98℃,致热效率为34.24%,在较低转速240r/min时,搅拌时间6h内升温13.7℃,致热效率为33.96%,该模型能够在日常生活中为居民提供生活热水.
Analysis of Heating Effect of Heating Devices with Different Sizes of Paddles
This article designed a type of wind power to directly stir the thermal device according to the principle of stirring thermal heating principle and the application of the stirring heat device to im-prove the size of the paddle leaves.Adopting the calculation of the streaming method to simulate the internal flow field of the designed heat,the designed heatfield.The simulation results show that at a higher speed,the improvement of the best paddle-size size model of the improved paddle leaves has increased to 4.5℃/h,and the heat efficiency is increased to 34.24%.The improved model can be a resident in daily life.Provide hot water.
