Study on mechanical properties of gold tailings improved by soil condensate
In order to study the mechanical characteristics of gold tailings improved by soil condensate rock,the gold tailings in Chicheng area of Zhangjiakou City were taken as the research object,and the unconfined compressive strength test was conducted to study the content of soil condensate rock,compaction degree and curing age and the compressive strength of the improved gold tail-ings.The test results were analyzed by using the method of range analysis.The unconfined com-pressive strength of the modified gold tailings is affected by the content of cement rock,the degree of compaction and the curing age.Among them,the compressive strength is most affected by the curing age,then the content of cement rock and the degree of compaction.The compressive strength of gold tailings will increase with the increase of soil condensate content.The compres-sive strength of gold tailings will increase with increasing curing age.With the increase of compac-tion degree,the compressive strength of gold tailings will increase after improvement.
