给排水长距离顶管施工技术的优势及风险

为了研究给排水长距离顶管施工技术的优势、潜在的风险以及风险管控的应对措施,结合苏州市西南片区标段为工程桩号 2K+487~6K+476 的污水管网的一部分,采用顶管机、推进机和排土机等大型设备,通过检测数据分析的方式,得到整个施工过程中的监测数据.分析数据得出以下结论:地表横向变形量和地表纵向变形量的变化趋势是一致的,随着管道顶进距离的增加,地表变形呈现变大的趋势;当顶管顶进距离从 5m增加到 10m时,地表变形量增加量很小,为 0.5 mm;当顶管顶进距离从 10m增加到 15m时,管道与土体之间的摩擦力骤增,管道开始受到地下水压力作用,地表变形量最大,为 2.3 mm;当顶管顶进距离从 15m增加到 50m时,地表变形量呈增大趋势,但是地表变形量在不断减小,为 0.3 mm.
Advantages and risk control of long-distance pipe jacking construction technology for water supply and drainage
In order to study the advantages of long-distance pipe jacking construction technology for water supply and drainage,potential risks and countermeasures for risk management and control,this paper,in combination with the part of sewage pipe network with the project pile number of 2K+487~6K+476 in the southwest section of Suzhou,adopts large-scale equipment such as pipe jacking machine,propelling machine and soil scraper,and obtains the monitoring data in the whole construction process by means of detection data analysis.By analyzing the data,the following con-clusions are drawn:the variation trend of lateral surface deformation and longitudinal surface de-formation is consistent,and with the increase of pipeline jacking distance,the surface deformation presents a larger trend;When the jacking distance of pipe jacking increases from 5m to 10m,the increase of surface deformation is very small,which is 0.5 mm;When the jacking distance of pipe jacking increases from 10 m to 15 m,the friction between pipe and soil suddenly increases,and the pipe begins to be subjected to groundwater pressure,with the largest surface deformation of 2.3mm;When the jacking distance of pipe jacking increases from 15 m to 50 m,the surface de-formation tends to increase,but the surface deformation is decreasing,which is 0.3 mm.
